What other outcome could there be when an executive from an environmental services company (that’s Morgan Kirk) and a director in a regional audio-visual firm; (that’s Vinnie Melella) friends since the 7th grade, get together when Morgan was in town to see Vinnie's newborn son. During the celebration, because of their mutual interest in sound, music, and electronics, blended with Vinnie’s technical skills, decided to quit their jobs and form and event production company that became MSI.

As a result of their love of technology and deep-rooted belief that ‘Life is Service’, Morgan and Vinnie quickly developed a reputation for their unique approach to AV technology that has made them the sole source for some of the world’s leading brands, helping them retain customer, launch new products and inspire sales teams. Over the years they have never stopped improving their service, building their inventories and expanding their staff of talented technicians and event designers.

Their strategy in those early years was that when they did obtain a job, they made every effort to exceed expectations. On every level it worked then, and having staged 3000+ events and counting to date, continues to work today.
