We are more than a basic audio visual company, Media Solutions Inc. (MSI) handles all the event production elements from initial design to wrapping things up after the final applause dies down.
When you or your organization want to stage an event – which can range from a wedding all the way up to a multi-day, several thousand attendee corporate gathering – it begins with your vision for what you want the audience to experience. What we do is turn that vision into reality.
More than a basic audio visual company, MSI handles all the event production elements from initial design to wrapping things up after the final applause dies down. This means you have a single contact, turnkey production source. This is a huge advantage because you will already be managing a host of details relating to invitations, program sequence and content, catering, speakers, etc. Do you really want the additional stress of dealing with multiple vendors for sound, video, lighting, décor and the like?
All event production companies – including MSI – claim to possess exceptional creative skills. How do you assess this quality among the companies you are considering? We invite you to check out the gallery on this site and review our client testimonials. After doing that please give us a call and tell us what your vision is. We’ll listen carefully and are confident you will be impressed with our thoughts and ideas. There is a reason why we are the sole source choice for so many of our client organizations, and we hope a direct discussion will provide you with a beginning understanding of what we bring to the table.
We take great pride in the competence of our onsite AV technicians. They perform a dual role … on one hand they work with you to ensure the lighting, sound levels and videos are cued properly as the program progresses, and on the other hand they are there to jump in should there be a failure. Unfortunately, so long as technology is present, there will always be the potential for failure. It happens. We are very confident that our experienced and specially trained onsite techs are as good as it gets to ensure the program is back up and running as quickly as possible.
